Description
The New York City Department of Sanitation (the Department, or DSNY) is seeking (an) appropriately qualified Contractor(s) to conduct a comprehensive waste characterization study (Study) of New York City’s Department-managed municipal solid waste (MSW). Throughout this Request for Proposals (RFP), the term MSW will refer to refuse, paper, Metal,Glass, and Plastics (MGP), and organics generated by residents, public (“institutional”) entities, and commercial establishments.
