Federal Government Consultant for Salt Lake Community College

Project Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals to enter into a contract with a qualified offeror to obtain a Federal Government Consultant for Salt Lake Community College. The College may decide, after reviewing proposals submitted, not to enter into any agreement.
This document solicits competitive sealed proposals, from qualified businesses to perform the scope of work set forth herein. This RFP is an offer by the College to purchase, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this RFP, the products and/or services proposed by the successful offeror. Offerors are strongly encouraged to carefully read the entire RFP.
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest score justified by the procurement code.
Any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will have an initial term of three (3) years.
Renewal After the initial term, the contract may be renewed for up to two (2) additional one (1) terms. Annual renewal shall be contingent upon the College’s satisfaction with the services performed and the overall performance of the contractor.
