The City of Farmington, New Mexico, is formally requesting proposals from qualified developers, organizations, and private entities interested in a public-private partnership (P3) for the redevelopment of a premier City-owned property.
This procurement is facilitated under the statutory authority of the City’s Metropolitan Redevelopment Area (MRA) District. To encourage a vibrant blend of residential and commercial uses, the City has recently rezoned the subject property to Mixed Use (MU). The City’s objective is to select a partner who can deliver a high-quality, impactful development that aligns with local economic revitalization and quality-of-life goals.
