Summary
The Department of Veterans Services/Ohio Veterans Home is looking for Quotes for Quarterly Exterior Window Cleaning Sevice for three Buildings within the Ohio Veterans Home Complex at 3416 Columbus Ave Sandusky, OH 44870. We are requesting 3 (three) cleanings of approximatly 2152 windows. This bid is for FY 2026 and FY2027 with the option of renewal for two (2) additional Fiscal years.
Please see the attached Scope of Work located on the document tab. A mandatory site visit will be held at the Location to survey the facility and discuss the scope of work. The site visit will commence promptly at 10:00 am on 6/20/2025, after signing in at the Secrest Main Enterance front Desk. The award process will be driven by lowest and responsive bid. |
