HVAC Filter Installation - COBH (SFY 26 - 27)

We need to amend our previous posting to reflect the updated air filter list and the frequency of service calls:

COBH needs a contractor that can replace 392 air filters on the rooftop of the hospital every six months.  Semi-Annual service needs to occur between September 15th - October 15th and again between March 15th - April 15th each year.  Our address is 2200 West Broad Street, Columbus, OH  43223.  We are seeking a contractors who is able to provide the air filters, install them, and dispose our old filters.  These filters vary in MERV Ratings and size and will require the contractor to transport and install them on top of our roof.  An attachment of the various filters will be attached to this posting.  Any questions regarding any of the air filters needed can be directed to Jennifer Ball at (614) 641-4183.

COBH is currently seeking a supplier within State Contract Index MAC038 to obtain quotes to install Air Filters for our HVAC system.  This includes contract numbers:

Per State of Ohio Procurement requirements pertaining to a Competitive Selection – Two Phase contract, COBH is required to obtain Quotes from contractors for the planned work.  The quote should be uploaded into OhioBuys and clearly identify the contractor, address, phone number and other relevant contact information.  The quote must also reference to the State Contract.  COBH management will review the quotes and determine which supplier to schedule the needed work.
