Solicitation Summary

Digital Video Signal Processor for the OTMO ITS Division. OTMO has over 367 CCTV video decoders that were deployed June 2014. They supported the analog Cohu cameras with limited HD 264 features. The current decoders are obsolete and is not fully compatible with our new digital cameras. The new decoder is needed to update OTMOs CCTV network and to take advantage ofH264/5 features.
