On-Call Planning Services Project

Project Description: Indianapolis Public Transportation Corporation (“IndyGo”) is seeking on-call planning services from qualified firms or practitioners. IndyGo reserves the right to award one or more contracts under this RFP to ensure coverage across the full range of services described herein.
Upon successful completion of this RFP process, it is anticipated that the selected planning firm(s) or practitioner(s) will execute a master contract with IndyGo for on-call planning services. Task Orders will be issued under the master contract for consultant-provided professional planning services to support IndyGo in carrying out specific work activities identified in its work program. When a task arises, IndyGo staff will develop a detailed task scope of work and negotiate associated hours with the selected firm(s) or practitioner(s). Each Task Order will formally document the scope, schedule, deliverables, and cost of the assigned task.
