Project Description: On behalf of the Montgomery County dept. of Public Property, we are looking to remove common area flooring on storey's 2 thru 7 of One Montgomery Plaza. As well as the flooring on the 8th storey known as the Commissioner - Solicitor's suite. To be considered please submit a competitive bid that includes all time, labor, and materials to remove all existing base cove and flooring from the requested areas. Then, confirm floor is level, repair if needed, and then install new flooring and base cove as requested. there is a combination of LPV and Carpet being requested to be installed as well as rubber and wood base cove.
