The Town of Carlisle is soliciting proposals for engineering services for the Cox Creek and Westwood Drive Sewer Upgrade Project. The project is funded in part by by SC DOC - CDBG and Appalachian Regional Commission grants. It includes the upgrade of approximately 6,300 LF of 8" sewer lines and 36 manholes.
