This project will establish the first public infrastructure for the emerging Black River State Park in Williamsburg County, SC, inlcuding new access driveway and circular traffic aisle with vehicle and kayak trailer parking, a timber frame pavilion & kiosk, vault toilet, a concrete kayak launch and slope/bank stabilization on the Black River, and a fishing pond.
