The City of Bennettsville is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to identify a licensed consultant to conduct the raw water pilot study for PFAS contamination at the raw water intake at Lake Paul Wallace. These services will be provided under contract with the City of Bennettsville, with funding in whole or in part by the South Carolina Rural Infrastructure Authority (RIA) and the South Carolina Department of Environmental Services State Revolving Fund loan.
