Procure one hundred (100) Wound Tubes (Blood Pump Not Included), part # WTU, and ten (10) Wound Clubs (Blood Pump Included), part # WCLB-2-BP, manufactured by the PHOKUS Research Group (PRG). This is a proprietary specification and only the PRG product will be accepted. No product substitutions are allowed. The Bid Form (page 13) and Vendor Data Sheet (page 14) must be submitted electronically through the eVA procurement website. Bids will not be accepted via hardcopy, email, or Fax. Refer to the attached bid document for the details of the solicitation.
