The Napa County Fire Administrator (NCFA) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) in order to acquire the services of a firm to support of the 2022 Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) for Tubbs Fire and Glass Fire affected areas. This includes: general project management of the project, facilitation and coordination of the Environmental and Historic Preservation (EHP) plan, marketing and outreach for fuel management projects, and implementation of the fuel’s reduction projects.
