Project Description: Request for Letters of Interest: The City of Harrisburg, Office of the City Engineer is seeking letters of interest from construction management and inspection firms for roadway projects. Second Street Suite 302A, Harrisburg, PA 17101 until 11:00 P.M. prevailing time, March 17, 2025, and opened electronically with the Office of the Controller on the following business day that all parties are available. All solicitation documents and details will be available at no cost on www.PennBid.net. All questions about the meaning or intent of the solicitation must be submitted in writing on Pennbid.net.
