The Connecticut Department of Public Health is seeking proposals to implement and maintain evidence-based tobacco control programs that follow the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Best Practices for Comprehensive Tobacco Control Programs. This RFP contains two (2) areas of practice: State and Community Interventions and Cessation Interventions.
