ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID – Airfield Power Vacuum Sweeper Vehicle

The Huntsville-Madison County Airport Authority (“Authority”) is requesting sealed proposals for ONE (1) AIRFIELD POWER VACUUM SWEEPER VEHICLE (the “Equipment”) to be used at the Port of Huntsville in Huntsville, AL.  Sealed proposals will be received by Authority at the Administrative Offices at the Airport, 1000 Glenn Hearn Boulevard SW, Huntsville, AL 35824, until 2:00 p.m. CT on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud.  An electronic copy of the complete Request for Proposals (“RFP”), including Instructions to Bidders, Drawings, and Specifications, may be obtained at no cost by emailing rgardner@hsvairport.org.  Authority reserves the right to reject proposals that do not comply with the requirements established in the RFP.

This project is anticipated to be financed through a grant from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and will be subject to all FAA requirements.

No bidder may withdraw their bid within 90 days after the actual date of bid opening.
