Description: THE NEW YORK POWER AUTHORITY AND NEW YORK STATE CANAL CORPORATION (HEREAFTER, THE "AUTHORITY" OR "NYPA" OR "CANAL CORPORATION" OR "CANAL") INVITES YOU TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL FOR IMPLEMENTATION AND OPERATION OF A PILOT EMBANKMENT CONDITION MONITORING SYSTEM ON THE NEW YORK STATE CANAL SYSTEM AS SET FORTH IN THE SCOPE OF WORK/TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS LOCATED IN THE RFP. FIRMS/ENTITIES ARE HEREBY DIRECTED TO MAKE USE OF THE NEW YORK POWER AUTHORITY'S WEBSITE AT WWW.NYPA.GOV IN ORDER TO OBTAIN INSTRUCTIONS ON PARTICIPATING IN SUBMITTING COMPANY INFORMATION THROUGH ARIBA.
