Project Description: A. The City of Dallas, through its Office of Bond & Construction Management (BCM) is requesting Qualification Statements for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services to provide Pre-Construction (Phase I) and Construction Services (Phase II) for a new Dallas Police Department Law Enforcement Training Center at University of North Texas at Dallas - the “Project”. The established not-to-exceed contract amount for Pre-Construction Services (Phase I) and Construction Services (Phase II), including CMAR fee for this Project, is approximately $150,000,000.00.
