The State of Connecticut, Department of Administrative Services (DAS), will accept reuse concepts and feedback from interested parties regarding the future private redevelopment of State-owned surplus properties located at 525 Russell Road, Newington, containing the Hospital, Revenue & Morgue Buildings of approximately 159,823+/- square feet and 28+/- acres, and 300 Russell Road, Newington, containing the Maintenance Shop, Boiler Room and the Pump House of approximate total of 9,600 +/- square feet on approximately 20 +/- acres. This is an RFI; offers to purchase will not be accepted. On-site inspections can be scheduled by emailing thomas.piacenza@ct.gov. Please note, entry to the buildings will be permitted; however, anyone entering the buildings must sign a release confirming that they are entering at their own risk. No entry will be permitted without proper PPE.
