Project Description: The Northwest Pennsylvania Regional Planning and Development Commission (Northwest Commission) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications to provide consulting services on an on-call basis for delivery of services related to transportation planning utilizing this contract to establish an open-end agreement for the period of July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2029, with a possible extension of two years through June 30, 2031.
