The City of Steamboat Springs is accepting proposals for the irrigation, cutting, and baling of approximately 85 acres of grass hay at the Williams Preserve and/or the irrigation, cutting, and baling of approximately 72 acres of grass hay at the Wastewater Treatment plant during the 2025 season. It is the intent of the City to enter into a one-year license agreement with the selected party with the option to renew for four one-year term extensions.
