The State of Connecticut is requesting proposals to purchase property for the Judicial Branch, Statewide. The Department of Administrative Services will accept proposals for site offerings from property owners or their authorized representative(s) through 3 p.m. on March 21, 2025, to offer property for sale, with or without building improvements, that can accommodate up to a 50k square ft facility with sufficient parking, Statewide. Only sale proposals will be accepted for review, no lease proposals will be considered. Offers from option holders will not be considered.
