The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to establish term contracts with multiple private providers, for the provision of Regional Mobile Crisis Response services, the provision of RegionalCommunity-based Stabilization services, or the provision of both services to individuals within theDepartment of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services Region 4 service area (âRegion 4â) as a contracted vendor of the Richmond Behavioral Health Authority, (herein referred to as âRBHAâ) apolitical subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
