Synopsis:
|
|
The Town of Foam Lake, on behalf of the Foam Lake Community Theatre, is seeking qualified Structural Engineers and/or Architects to provide professional design services for the renovation or addition of an accessible washroom within the Theatre facility. The goal is to ensure full accessibility, compliance with current building codes, and long-term functionality for community use.
The Foam Lake Community Theatre is a historic and well-used cultural facility. To improve accessibility and meet community expectations, the Theatre intends to add or renovate space to include a fully accessible washroom that meets National Building Code of Canada and CSA B651 Accessible Design standards.
The selected proponent will assess existing conditions, provide design options and prepare construction-ready drawings.
