a) Annual audit with an opinion in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards and Government Auditing Standards of CI for each of the three years ending June 30, 2025, 2026 and 2027; and b) Annual audit with an opinion in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards and Government Auditing Standards of Connecticut Bioscience Innovation Fund for each of the three years ending June 30, 2025, 2026 and 2027.
