The City of Vista Engineering Department, Land Development Section, is requesting proposals from civil engineering consulting firms to provide civil engineering plan check services. The services will be on an as-needed basis. The City intends to award up to three contracts to provide the services requested for a three-year term, with an optional extension for up to two years for a maximum contract term of five years. The City anticipates that services provided under each awarded contract shall not exceed $750,000 over the term of the agreement.
