Bath County is seeking a fully comprehensive and automated EMS billing and collection system, training, technical support, and administrative support in compliance with its Fees for the Use of Emergency Medical Vehicles Ordinance. The billing and collection system shall remain current and meet the changing requirements of Medicare, Medicaid, CHAMPUS, and commercial insurance companies. This is a new ordinance establishing fees for the use of Emergency Medical Services Vehicles that will eb effective July 1, 2025.
