This Request for Prequalifications seeks to identify plumbing contractors for participation in the Septic Local Partner Program (SLPP) for sanitary sewer connection work on private properties. The Program is administered by the City of Norfolk (the “City”), Department of Utilities through a grant from American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds and administered by the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ).
