Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) all labor, equipment, tools, parts, materials, supplies, travel, and incidentals necessary to decommission, remove, and legally dispose of two (2) existing Heating, Ventilation, and Air-conditioning (HVAC) units and related equipment and materials, as well as furnish, install and commission two (2) 4-ton split (HVAC) package units and related equipment and necessary duct work, as described herein.

The services shall be performed at Caltrans Division of Equipment, Fairfield Parts Department located at 2019 W. Texas Street, Fairfield, CA 94533 in Solano.
