The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide: to prevent the spread of invasive quagga and zebra mussels around the state through the operation of watercraft inspection and decontamination stations..
This RFP will result in multiple contract awards.
The methodology or formula that will be used to determine the number of contract awards is: each vendor receiving 60% of the total points (or 600 of 1000) will be awarded a contract.
Length of Contract: 5 years
Pricing is set by the state. It is guaranteed for two years.
