Solicitation Summary
The Maryland Environmental Service is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified Contractors to provide both scheduled and on-call street sweeping services located at the Brown Station Road Sanitary Landfill at 3500 Brown Station Road Upper Marlboro, MD 20774 and Brown Station Road Convenience Center/Barger Tract 3501 Brown Station Road Upper Marlboro, MD 20774.
NOTE:
MES will only accept Electronic Bids on
MES Procurement Portal

). Mailed, Emailed, Faxed, or Hand Delivered (paper) bids will not be accepted. Requested Information on the MES Procurement Portal must be submitted on or before the bid due date, Submission option will not be available after the bid due date. Bidders may follow-up with the procurement department

to determine if their Bids were received on time.
Conditioning a bid or proposal or any other MES solicitation or bidding document will deem your bid or proposal non-responsive and not be accepted COMAR 21.05.02.22.
