Description
Separate, sealed bids for furnishing all labor, tools, equipment and appurtenances necessary for the improvement and rehabilitation of Huckaby Sports Complex in the City of Douglas will be received at the City of Douglas City Hall until Thursday, December 5, 2024 by 2:00 PM, at which time bids will be open and publicly read. The bids will be opened and read at the Mayor and Commissioner¿s Conference Room at City Hall, 302 South Madison Avenue, Douglas, Georgia 31533 at 2:00 PM, local time, Thursday, December 5, 2024. The estimated budget for this project is $330,000.00
The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials and equipment and performing all labor necessary to replace all field lighting on three ball fields according to the details in the specifications.
The work on the project must be completed within 120 consecutive calendar days of the date of notice to proceed.
