Description
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Cowichan Valley Regional District (the “CVRD”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Recreation Needs Assessment, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
The successful proponent will report to the General Manager of the Community Services Department or delegates (the “Project Managers”) and a recreation management team, and will undertake research, engagement and analysis for the development of a full report for the findings. The scope of work shall include analysis of current recreation facilities within the Cowichan region, conducting public engagement, strategy development
