This project was previously advertised under RFP 3524R03.
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) requires an Offeror to provide Digital Vertical Aerial Photographic Surveys. The aerial photography will be used to facilitate the planning, design and construction of improvements and additions to the existing highway and bridge systems and to aid PennDOT Maintenance and Reconstruction programs. Locations requiring photography could be located anywhere within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. There is no goal for Small Diverse Businesses (SDB) or Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) on this solicitation, but Offerors are encouraged to subcontract to SDB and VBE firms. PennDOT’s Diverse Business (DB) program still applies to this procurement. THIS SOLICITATION MUST BE VIEWED ON JAGGAER. PROPOSAL SUBMITTALS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED ELECTRONICALLY THROUGH JAGGAER. All Offerors are required to create a user profile within our JAGGAER portal.
