Bid Description:
The Town of Brighton is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors with experience in historic
preservation to undertake the painting of the historic Brighton Town Hall. The project will be guided by the
Secretary of the Interior Standards for Treatment of Historic Buildings.
The purpose of this project is to ensure the proper preservation of the historic building’s exterior by
applying paint in a manner that protects the structure while maintaining its historic character.
