Description:

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (Commonwealth) issues this Request for Information (RFI) to solicit information that will be used to assist with the development of a solicitation for Talent Acquisition Solutions which may be released by the Commonwealth in the near future.

Specifically, this request seeks information from which the Commonwealth can formulate specifications and requirements, realistic timeframes and cost structures for the referenced procurement and project. The Commonwealth desires to produce a solicitation that promotes vendor competition and creative technical solutions. The Commonwealth is open to any and all ideas in relation to this project and encourages alternative ideas that will help the Commonwealth better define its requirements. This RFI is an earnest attempt to become aware of and knowledgeable about current solutions to support the project requirements of the Commonwealth. This RFI will also help the Commonwealth identify vendors who are able to provide the required materials or services to support this goal.

To respond to this RFI, vendors should provide a written response to
ra-ob-aas_purchasing@pa.gov, which includes a cover letter, on Company Letterhead setting forth a point of contact name, phone number and email address. The requirements of what should be included in the written response are covered in the attached RFI Document.

In addition, if your company is interested in providing a demonstration of specific functionality of its product to the Commonwealth, please complete and submit the survey found at the following link https://forms.office.com/g/WR3NhjcKHk. Note, all vendors who submit a survey will be given an opportunity to provide a demonstration. The Commonwealth reserves the right not to hold any vendor demonstrations. Demonstrations will be scheduled after the RFI has been closed.

OA does not intend to take and answer questions, issue further information via bulletin or accept sales calls from vendors related to this RFI.
