Summary Details
The City of Nanaimo is seeking a Consultant team with expertise in building design, architectural best practices and graphic design capabilities to complete architectural testing as part of a comprehensive review of the City’s Zoning Bylaw. This includes testing various building forms, massing, height and site layouts that are supported in City Plan: Nanaimo ReImagined Future Land Use Designations.
This Request for Proposal is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (Chapter 5),
