Parking Garage Floor Scrubbing Services

The proposed Contract will be to furnish all materials, labor, supervision, equipment, cleaning solutions, degreasers, and all other miscellaneous supplies, tools, fuel, and other items required or proper for or incidental to, performing activities necessary for the semi-annual garage floor scrubbing/pressure washing of horizontal concrete floor surfaces located in the Aviation Authority's Parking Garages plus Terminals A and B -Level 2 - Baggage Make-up areas as specified by the Scope of Work.

The Aviation Authority's intent is to enter into a non-exclusive Contract for sixty (60) months with services to commence on or about May 1, 2025 through April 30, 2029.

Orlando is home to the largest rental car market in the world with most major rental companies located on-airport, without the need for a shuttle bus.

Rental car services are located in all 3 parking garages - Parking Garages A and B - Levels 1 through 3 Rental Car Areas (R-1, R-2, and P-1), and Terminal C Parking Garage C - Levels 1 and 2 Rental Car Areas (R-1 and R-2)
