Project Description: The Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority ("NRHA") invites qualified builders to submit proposals for the purchase and development of 4 sites. These sites will consist of either single-family detached or attached homes, strictly for homeownership located within Ballentine, Broad Creek, and the Willoughby neighborhoods. The Developer/Builder may bid on any or all parcels at their discretion.
The selected house plans and preferred building styles aim to encourage proposals to include equal or better house designs in keeping with the neighborhood designs. (See Appendix C). The Authority has also set minimum lot prices. (See Append ix B).
In order to be considered, submissions must be received no later than 3:00 PM, Friday, May 30th, 2025.
