ZEN FOG/FEG EXPANSION

Fuller Road Management Corporation is seeking a qualified, experienced,
responsive, and responsible vendor that has successfully completed three (3) contracts similar in size, scope and complexity to this contract within the last five (5) years to:

Provide Professional Design/Build Services for office alterations to relocate the FOG/FEG administrative space into approximately 15,000 SF of existing shell space on the fifth floor of the ZEN Building, located at 257 Fuller Road Albany, NY 12203. The design/build shall include necessary preliminary field surveys and code reviews, whereby pertinent data collected in the as-found conditions survey shall be incorporated into the final design documents.

There will be a mandatory site visit that you must attend on 12/10 with the
deadline for registration on 12/09 at 4:00PM. The bid is due on 12/30 by 2:30PM.
