Description

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is issuing a Challenge Based Acquisition (ChBA) for the Accelerated Transformation of Legacy Applications and Systems (ATLAS). Please see the attached ChBA Phase 1 documents for the complete description and requirements for Phase 1 submissions. Questions are due by February 24, 2026, and Phase 1 responses are due by March 10, 2026.
