Description
1. This RFQ is open to all interested vendors.
2. The City of Calgary is seeking a supplier which can supply and deliver 65mm Akron Brass 631 Elbow in the appliance kits used for standpipe firefighting.
3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
4. The term of the Agreement will be for initial term of five year and may be renewed for additional four years.
