Fractional Finance Services

Economic Development Regina Inc. (the “Organization”) is seeking proposals from qualified providers of fractional finance services to serve as the Organization’s end-to-end finance function. This engagement is designed to deliver scalable, professional financial leadership and operations without the overhead of a fully in-house team.

The Organization is at a pivotal stage of growth and is committed to modernizing its financial infrastructure. We are looking for a partner who can bring best-in-class practices, technology-forward thinking, and the depth of expertise required across the full spectrum of finance — from day-to-day bookkeeping through to strategic CFO-level guidance.

This is a fractional engagement. The selected provider may fulfill one or more of the role functions described in this RFP. Regular onsite presence is not required, though providers who can offer periodic onsite availability are encouraged to indicate this in their proposal.

All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing no later than March 20, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. CST. Responses to submitted questions will be issued by addendum and posted publicly on SaskTenders.
