Description: Stony Brook University Hospital is seeking a vendor to provide support for our current Telehealth Services System. The Teladoc System is a Managed Service Provider for a software and hardware platform which is a virtual visit system that supports inpatient, emergent and ambulatory venues within an integrated ecosystem that is proprietary to Teladoc. It is integrated with the Cerner System, Microsoft Teams, etc. Bidders will be required to monitor the Fleet Monitoring System (FMS) and troubleshoot accordingly when there are system errors, i.e. device unplugged, at risk of shutting down, disconnected from Wi-Fi and hardware errors, etc. This includes proactively monitoring a fleet of 28 devices 24/7 on the proprietary network that has been implemented. It is also essential the bidding vendor provide 24/7 Teladoc Lite and Mini Device support both on-site and telephone support as needed. This support includes supporting Teladoc’s Direct to Patient Ambulatory software that is part of the Solo Enterprise platform with Provider Access Software and Devices. Bidders must be able to provide 24 hour support for the Telehealth System. A Teladoc certification authorizing third party support is required to be provided to the Contract Officer identified in this Contract Reporter Ad to be considered for this award, since this is a proprietary network.
