TITLE: REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR PERFORMANCE OF EXPERT PROFESSIONAL TOLLING OPERATIONAL AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES DURING 2025 THROUGH 2029

DESCRIPTION: The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey is seeking proposals for the provision of consulting services. The selected consultant will provide operational and technical support services for specific toll collection initiatives, new toll technology procurements, and the on-going operation and maintenance of several revenue collection initiatives for Port Authority. The specific programs involve toll collection at the Port Authority’s tunnels and bridges, the operation of the New York Customer Service Center, the operation of the E-ZPass Plus® parking payment system at the Port Authority’s airports, and the toll reimbursement program for Port Liberty New York. A pre-proposal conference describing this opportunity will be held virtually on December 9, 2024. Refer to the solicitation for instructions to attend the virtual pre-proposal conference.

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (Port Authority), in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
