Summary Details
BCFSA requires a Contractor to conduct an environmental scan of Money Services Businesses (“MSBs”) carrying on business in British Columbia (“B.C.”). This scan will provide a comprehensive assessment of the current landscape, regulatory compliance, market trends, and potential risks associated with MSBs in the region.
BCFSA intends to contract with a Proponent who can deliver within the required timelines, and who delivers the highest value, taking quality, proposed approach, experience, service, and cost into account.
This engagement is anticipated to be from January to March 31, 2025 with two (2) three (3) month options to extend the contract at the sole discretion of BCFSA.
Due to a tight timeline for the delivery of services, the analysis and final report will be required in a short timeframe. BCFSA anticipates the final report to be delivered by end of March 2025 upon signing of the contract.
