Description of Goods or Services to Be Bid: The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (“MTA”) hereby solicits both technical and financial proposals from energy consulting firms to quote on an array of energy service categories for the MTA and its current and future subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, the “MTA Agencies”), including, without limitation, the New York City Transit Authority (“NYCT”), the MTA Bus Company (“MTA Bus”), the Triborough Bridge and Tunnel Authority (“TBTA”), the Staten Island Rapid Transit Operating Authority (“SIRTOA”), and the Manhattan and Bronx Surface Transit Operating Authority (“MaBSTOA”). The MTA intends to retain multiple Firms to provide these Services
