Holly Park Lane Cul-de-sac Repair

Greenville County is requesting sealed bids for the Holy Park Lane Cul-de-sac Repair according to the specifications attached to this IFB.

During Tropical Storm Helene, a slope failure occurred at 304 Holly Park Lane adjacent to the road edge that also compromised the road drainage system. The project includes removal of existing pavement, curbs, drainage structures, and retaining walls. Repairs will consist of new pavement, new curbs, placement of large rip rap, and relocation of the road drainage system. The cul-de-sac will also be made slightly smaller, requiring the extension of one concrete driveway. The repairs will restore the slope and prevent future erosion and failure. The relocation of the road drainage system will separate it from the existing drainage system located off the road right-of-way to prevent future conflicts and make future maintenance simpler.
