The City of San Antonio Pre-K 4 SA Department is seeking proposals for a supplier to provide full immersion Make Today a Water Safety Day (MTAWSD) Program designed and adjusted to teach preschool age children how to be safe around water and learn basic in-the-water skills to stay safe in a swimming, water activity and/or an accidental submersion in a body of water situation.
