Replacement of Judd Road Bridge Over Mill River
The Construction Project is to provide for the replacement of Bridge No. 04929 carrying Judd Road over the Mill River just west of Velvet Street including, but not limited to installation of prestressed concrete deck units, concrete abutments founded on micropiles, concrete wingwalls, riprap, metal bridge rail and approach guide railing, reconstruction of the roadway approaches, pavement markings and signing.
